Realiza seguimiento de la incidencia hasta su total resolución, tanto por teléfono como por email. Contacta con el cliente a nivel comercial-técnico, aportando visión sobre ello y para cualquier consulta que pudiera darse.
• Gestión de los descargadores los cuales proveen asistencia en la descarga. Coordinación de las personas que asisten a los conductores de las descargas de GNL en los depósitos.
• Jefe de Intervención de Emergencias. Dirigir las operaciones a realizar en campo en caso de emergencia.
• Formación sobre el manejo y funcionamiento de plantas GNL.
• Gestión de los proveedores de mantenimiento.
• Facturación de contadores. Facturación de los kv consumido a los clientes, para aquellas que contienen contador (Grandes Clientes generalmente). Vigila el posible incorrecto funcionamiento de los contadores a través de la web Telegestión.

• Realización de inventarios de activos de Sanidad Animal (AH) (dados de baja/retirados y activos).
• Compilación de todos los recursos compartidos de archivos interna y externamente y proporcione acceso a TI.
• Desarrollo de planes para el traslado y la retirada de la infraestructura de TI
• Desarrollo de planes para el traslado y la retirada de los sistemas de TI
• Ejecución de traslados y retiradas de infraestructuras y sistemas informáticos en colaboración con grupos globales
• Apoyo estrechamente a todas las iniciativas relacionadas con las tecnologías de la información en relación con el desmantelamiento de la sanidad animal.
• Apoyo a la TI de fabricación en el sitio, incluido el soporte operativo diario para el sitio.
