The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
-Support group billing and commission verification, including WPS and group payments.
-Monitor Aging reports and assist AR in collecting outstanding payments.
-Verify correct application of credit card transactions and reconcile discrepancies.

About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Attendant position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
-To work on a rotation basis with the housekeeping, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to the standards required by the hotel
- To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up.
-To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
- To collect and sign for the floor master key and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.
- To clean each guest rooms and bathroom thoroughly. Make the necessary arrangements in guest rooms and to replenish guest supplies.
- To inform team Leader if flower arrangement and fruit basket needs replenishment.
- To provide Turn Down service as per the standard required by the hotel.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival at the spa
Manage appointments,handle cancellations, and rescheduling of spa services. Answer phone calls and inquiries
Process payments for spa services and handle cash and credit transactions
Promote and sell spa products, as well as additional treatments or special packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and retail displays
