As a Junior Stock Control Analyst you will manage the reporting of all stock for our brands.

What will the role entail?

• Stock budget, overstock forecasting and follow-up.
• Stock and inventory optimization.
• KPIs analysis and follow-up.
• Markdowns / Off-price budget & forecast.
• Purchases & sales reports and analysis.
• Inventory management (reserves, batch transfers request).
• Coordination with logistics department on returns stock availability and warehouse pick-up.
• Ad-hoc requests by the company.
• Make the company's stock profitable through the analysis and management of stock and sales.
• Monitoring of sales operations.
• Stock management between the off-price channel and the outlets.
• Sales strategy proposals based on available stocks and potential customers.
• Analysis of historical sales.
• Customer sales forecast.
• Develop and promote new technical sales in digital (B2B).

The project!

As a Sales Accesories manager, you will ensure the goals of sales and profitability given by the company in the division in which the candidate is involved, either in Wholesale and Concession if applies, in order to maximize positive result for the business.

What will the role entail?

• Business Development of the Pepe Accesories Business in ECI / Spain.
• Department Store management.
• Expansion multibrand channel.
• Management external agents network.
• Define the general brand sales goals and goals in the division.
• Determine the positioning in the market for the brand given.
• Set up the distribution strategy for the brand regarding lines, divisions, type of clients, minimum of purchase by client, etc.
• Decide the product strategy for the brand in order to adapt the product to the market.
• Supervise sales of the Shop in Shop business (wholesale and concession) for the brand.
• Be in charge of the Key Account management for the division/brand.
• Analysis of results and take decisions to improve them.
• Look for new business opportunities and new customers for the brand.
• Represent and communicate the company values to the market.
• Lead, train and develop the team to ensure the achievement of the area objectives and alignment with the company values, either own employees or external (agents).
• Partner with the PR and Marketing department to initiate marketing, advertising/PR strategies and proper brand promotion focusing in wholesale customers.

Como Coordinador de SAP SD, liderarás y supervisarás el diseño, la implementación y el soporte de los sistemas SAP-SD (Ventas y Distribución), asegurando su alineación con los objetivos comerciales y promoviendo la eficiencia en los procesos de ventas y distribución.

¿Qué implicará el rol?

• Liderar proyectos de implementación de sistemas SAP-SD, desde la recopilación de requisitos hasta la puesta en marcha del sistema.
• Diseñar y configurar sistemas SAP-SD para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales complejas, asegurando soluciones robustas y escalables.
• Personalizar los módulos SAP-SD para alinearlos con los procesos específicos del negocio, facilitando operaciones fluidas.
• Integrar SAP-SD con otros módulos de SAP (por ejemplo, MM, FI, PP) y sistemas externos, garantizando la consistencia de los datos y la eficiencia en los procesos.
• Proporcionar soporte y resolución de problemas a nivel experto para los sistemas SAP-SD, resolviendo incidencias de manera rápida y efectiva.
• Mentorar y capacitar a consultores junior y usuarios finales, fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y mejora.
• Mantenerse actualizado con las mejores prácticas y avances de SAP, impulsando la innovación y optimización dentro del entorno SAP-SD.
