Desde HRCS buscamos un Visual Merchandiser Manager para Marbella que aporte experiencia en moda y pasión por el diseño y tendencias actuales.
Funciones:
. Planificarás y ejecutarás la implantación de nuevas colecciones y campañas de manera efectiva.
. Supervisaras la correcta presentación del producto y escaparates en la tienda, asegurando que se cumplen las directrices corporativas y se potencia la imagen de la marca, creando un ambiente inspirador para los clientes.
. Colaborarás estrechamente con los jefes de sección para formar al equipo de ventas en capacitación y principios de Visual Merchandising.
. Analizarás y ajustarás las estrategias de VM en función de los datos de ventas para optimizar la visibilidad del producto e implantar soluciones que incrementen ventas y mejoren la experiencia de compra.
· Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Marketing y Compras para crear planes de comercialización adaptados al mercado y garantizar un mantenimiento correcto del stock.
. Te desplazarás regularmente a la tienda de Málaga y Granada para supervisar el Visual Merchandising de las tiendas y realizarás implantaciones de nuevas colecciones.
. Apoyarás en aperturas de futuras tiendas.
