About the role

As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at RavenPack, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent to fill our critical leadership and specialized roles.

Reporting directly to the Talent Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers.

Responsibilities for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Source and recruit high-quality talent for open positions within our organization.

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our open positions.

  • Thoroughly assess candidates' technical skills, leadership abilities, and cultural fit to ensure the right match for our organization.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.

  • Partner with management to anticipate the hiring needs of the various departments to ensure coverage on all current and future open positions.

  • Maintain an active and ongoing pipeline of quality candidates in support of business needs.

  • Execute recruiting strategies to deliver top-quality talent and meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Monitor and report on recruitment for all talent acquisition and achieve weekly and monthly goals and metrics.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is required.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level recruitment, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.

  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is a must.

  • Experience working with multiple teams: Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Data Scientist.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and place top-tier talent for critical leadership and specialized roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

Job Overview


As the Art and Motion Director, you will spearhead the visual design strategy and motion production. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, UX/UI designers, and creative technologists to craft engaging and innovative digital experiences. This role requires a visionary leader with a solid understanding of motion design, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative excellence:
    Drive the vision and direction of all visual and motion-based projects, ensuring the Bigdata.com brand alignment and consistency across all deliverables.

  • Motion Design & Animation:
    Conceptualize, design, and direct high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms using generative AI tools.

  • Collaboration with internal teams:

  • Creative Management:

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Motion Director, Art Director, or similar role in a creative/advertising agency, production studio, or tech company.

  • Technical Skills:

      We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst to join our Sales team in Marbella, Spain. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance our sales, client services, and marketing strategies.       About the Role

      RavenPack is hiring a Head of Product Management for building a Data store/marketplace experience on Bigdata.com. The data store is a fundamental part of our Bigdata strategy and this role requires experience both in building the store, creating diverse content sets, and generating revenue. In this strategic role, you will have exposure to the business and leadership team, will be responsible for high-impact decisions and growth initiatives that are encouraged to drive material change for the company.

      Your primary initiative will be to build a data store/shop experience that allows our customers to find and purchase content sets which improve their experience on our platform. You will also be responsible for integrating new content sets from external providers, working with a team of experts to have this ingested into the platform and made available on the store. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with data and online shopping. You will be given lots of freedom to run with this project, and will eventually be expected to build a team. You will also be expected to source new data products that can be further integrated and enhance the overall experience.

      You will work across the firm to sync the teams responsible for building and integrating the new system into a larger productivity platform. Your responsibilities will include research and validation, specification of new features, ensuring the timely delivery of various projects and reporting progress to key stakeholders. You will report directly to the Director of Product and will interact with multiple departments on a daily basis including operations, engineering, ML, QA, design teams, and internal stakeholders.


      What you Need to Succeed

      • Technical Skill: 5+ in Product Management for online stores or marketplaces

      • Strategic Business Partner: A business partner to the Technology leadership team, Development Engineers, Design, Brand and Product organizations

      • Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, or financial services

      • Customer Exposure: Experience interacting with influential customers including the CEO and CTO.

      • BA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. MBA a plus

      • A proven history of launching digital stores with a key sense of good design practices

      • Familiar with and know the importance of defining and impacting KPI’s

      • Experience working in a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation to seek user needs

      • Keen business acumen, experience with increasing user interaction and demand

      • Strong motivation with the ability to be self-sufficient

      • Ability to work with third-party content providers to source new data

      • Hands-on experience in software development and data analysis technologies

      About the Role

      We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our r dynamic EMEA team and drive sales, prospecting, business development and opportunities of RavenPack's industry-leading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in democratizing access to real-time, high-quality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings, including our latest GenAI platform, Bigdata.com. You will report directly to the Global SDR Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales Executives, Data Science, and Marketing teams to achieve your goals.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Prospect and qualify leads from a list of targeted contacts and accounts.
      • Present and clearly communicate RavenPack’s value proposition to major decision-makers.
      • Leverage leading-edge sales and marketing tools to research and identify ideal personas to prospect
      • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com.
      • Perform high volume outbound prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls and research tools such as LinkedIn or Salesforce.
      • Schedule and proactively set up meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives.
      • Re-engage stale or missed leads and opportunities.
      • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals.


      Qualifications

      • 1 - 3 years of Sales or SDR Experience (preferably in a SaaS Company)
      • CRM experience is a must
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proven lead generation or sales development experience.
      • Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling skills.
      • Aptitude to manage time effectively, prioritize and multitask.
      • Strong analytical thinker and problem solver.
      • Desire to grow and advance a career in sales.
      • University level education required.


      Desirable

      • MBA/CFA is a plus.

Servicios Centrales en Marbella, cuenta con los departamentos de Comercial, Marketing, Contact Center,Administración, Finanzas,Legal, Compras, IT y RRHH.
