DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Como integrante del equipo de personas tu objetivo será impulsar los diferentes procesos y acciones de la función, alineándolos con las necesidades del negocio y sus personas trabajadoras, así como también con las políticas de la Dirección de Personas de España.

Buscamos una persona con perfil generalista que, en dependencia de la Dirección de Personas de negocio, vele por la ejecución, coordinación y supervisión de todas las políticas, procedimientos y proyectos de la función.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

• Impulsar las acciones del plan estratégico de la función: desarrollo, liderazgo, engagement, compensación y beneficios, relaciones laborales, acción social, etc.
• Identificar las necesidades de desarrollo de las personas y proponer las acciones formativas a incorporar al plan anual de formación, así como la identificación de altos potenciales y talentos para planes de sucesión.
• Organizar y coordinar cursos, talleres y programas de desarrollo, así como evaluar y medir la efectividad de las formaciones impartidas.
• Examinar las vacantes a cubrir y liderar los procesos de selección, sabiendo concretamente cuáles son las carencias de talento y qué perfil de persona podrá encajar en cada puesto de trabajo.
• Organizar y seguir los procesos de onboarding e inducción de las nuevas personas trabajadoras.
• Gestión del talento: seguimiento del proceso de evaluación de desempeño, junto con el apoyo a la Dirección para elaborar y desarrollar planes de carrera y sucesión, así como implementar estrategias para atraer, retener y desarrollar el mejor talento, y ser competitivos en el mercado.
• Seguimiento y evaluación de acciones de mejora del clima laboral, definiendo estrategias para la creación y mantenimiento de un clima organizacional favorable para los equipos, que optimice la productividad.
• Implementar y supervisar las políticas y procedimientos de compensación y beneficios, junto con la gestión administrativa que impacta en la nómina.
• Participación y soporte a la Dirección en diferentes foros de negociación con la RLT (Comité de Empresa), como negociaciones de convenio, Comisiones paritarias, Comités de Seguridad y Salud, Planes de Igualdad, etc.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral.
• Facilitar y promover acciones para la mejora de la comunicación interna.
• Organizar y coordinar eventos internos que fomenten la cohesión del equipo.
• Interlocución fluida con el negocio de Calucem by Molins para coordinar las acciones y necesidades de las personas trabajadoras en el centro de España de este negocio.
• Desarrollar, implementar y comunicar políticas y procedimientos internos.
• Elaborar informes y análisis relacionados con indicadores de gestión de la función.

Precisamos incorporar de forma temporal personal para realizar la supervisión y operación de instalaciones productivas, mantenimientos preventivos y las limpiezas industriales para mantener las secciones en correctas condiciones de funcionamiento.

El horario será de turno de Mañana (6 a 14h), de Día (8 a 13h y 14 a 17h) o de Tarde (14 a 22h) en función de la semana de trabajo.

• Operación y mantenimiento del equipo de trituración de materias primas.
• Operación y mantenimiento de las ensacadoras y llenadora de Big-Bags.
• Limpieza industrial de material de proceso.
• Rutas preventivas de limpieza.
• Supervisión de descargas de suministros.
• Control y vaciado de los contenedores de proceso.
• Carga de camiones y contenedores de clientes.
• Supervisión y operación del correcto funcionamiento de las cargas a granel.
• Tareas varias de expediciones: preparación pedidos, recomposición palets,…

The person in this position will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including the day-to-day administration of cybersecurity tools and devices, as well as first-level and second-level support for security information and incident management. Their role may also include significant responsibilities regarding the security administration of a wide variety of IT systems across the enterprise.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Security Operations
  • Participate in the design, implementation and operation of different security solutions in place.
  • Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
  • You will need to be involved in heterogeneous projects in order to assure Security by default principles, giving the most suitable solutions to meet the right balance between business needs and cybersecurity requirements.
• Security Management
  • Develop and maintain corporate security policy documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines, etc.)
  • Lead actions aimed at improving the cybersecurity culture of the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with Security Master Plan and associated budget.
• Risk Management
  • Track lessons learned from security incidents and drive the remediation of audit findings.
  • Ensure that security controls are effective.
  • Manage risk in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner to ensure stakeholder confidence.
  • Report on the overall effectiveness of the security programme in the security domains against defined key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous and tight collaboration with GRC team.
• Technology Prescription
  • Assess and recommend technologies, tools and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize technology landscape.
  • Promote the implementation of new cybersecurity tools to improve the security posture and propose innovative solutions according to the state of the art.
