Responsibilities

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and lead the development and delivery of sales training programs for RavenPack’s industry-leading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our sales force with the knowledge and skills to drive the democratization of real-time, high-quality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings, including our latest GenAI platform, Bigdata.com. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Sales Operations, you will work closely with our Client Success, Data Solutions, and Product teams to ensure training programs are aligned with company goals and are effectively preparing our sales team to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Program Development: Design and develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored to RavenPack’s sales objectives and product offerings.
• Onboarding New Sales Representatives: Build a standardized onboarding program to help new hires quickly understand the RavenPack value proposition, products, and sales process.

Summary:

The role covers a wide variety of commercial matters, including IT, employment, and outsourcing. Duties & Responsibilities
Drafting and advising on a variety of technology contracts, such as software as a service agreements, software development agreements, IT services agreements and software licenses.
Drafting and advising on business process outsourcing contracts, including data processing activities, cloud vendors, etc.
Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, such as supply/purchase contracts, services agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
Handle and respond to Due Diligence Questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with and advise the company’s Business Team, HR, IT, and Information Security on general legal, privacy and data protection-related matters
Manage the Company’s regulatory compliance programs, including development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
Advise on the global data protection regulatory framework, including the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other emerging privacy laws and initiatives around the globe
Provide day-to-day advice to the business on all intellectual property matters, including adoption and use of trademarks, copyrights and patents

Key Responsibilities:
Design and UX: Create a website experience that seamlessly integrates product discovery, onboarding, and activation flows to guide users toward self-service sign-ups, trials, and product engagement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test, measure, and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiences to improve conversion rates and reduce friction for users.
User-Centric Design: Ensure that the website experience is tailored to both new and existing users, with intuitive navigation and messaging aligned with different stages of the user journey.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous experiments (A/B, multivariate testing) to enhance user activation and product adoption, based on data-driven insights.
Product Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align the website experience with broader growth goals. Implement product-led initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze website data and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities. Make decisions based on data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to optimize for key metrics (e.g., signups, trials, active usage, MRR).
Funnel Optimization: Focus on improving key metrics across the customer funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition to in-product conversion and retention.
Self-Service Growth Focus: Enhance self-service experiences (free trials, freemium models) to enable users to onboard and experience the product's value without needing sales involvement.
Onboarding Flow Design: Develop product tours, tooltips, and in-app messaging that support new users in understanding and using the product’s core features.
Retention Mechanics: Design in-product experiences that encourage usage and engagement, reducing churn and improving customer lifetime value (CLV).
Trigger-Based Engagement: Implement automated, behavior-driven engagements (e.g., email nudges, in-app prompts) that encourage users to return to the product and explore advanced features.
Work with Product & Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and growth experiments into the product.
Align with Marketing Teams: Coordinate with marketing to ensure website messaging, SEO, and paid acquisition campaigns are driving high-quality leads, signups, and trials.
Customer Feedback Loop: Leverage insights from customer support, product feedback, and user testing to continuously improve the user experience and website design.
Educational Resources: Create product-centric resources (guides, FAQs, tutorials, videos) that help users understand how to get value from the product quickly.
Community and User Engagement: Design content and experiences that encourage user-generated content, customer stories, and community interaction to foster organic growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
UX/UI Design Proficiency: Expertise in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-oriented websites. Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Growth Hacking & Data Analytics: Strong understanding of growth tactics, including funnel analysis, customer behavior analysis, and running A/B tests. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel is a plus.
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Mindset: Deep understanding of the PLG model and how to optimize product experiences to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
SaaS Experience: Experience working in SaaS companies, particularly in a product-led environment where the product is the main driver of growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring growth initiatives to life.
User Journey Mapping: Experience in designing and optimizing user journeys from awareness to activation and retention.
Coding Knowledge (Optional): Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) can be beneficial for working with developers and implementing changes.
