Buscamos un Asistente de Mantenimiento proactivo y polivalente que brinde soporte en la gestión y ejecución de proyectos de reparación y mantenimiento en oficinas y propiedades residenciales corporativas. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en reparaciones generales, conocimientos en presupuestos y la capacidad de gestionar contratistas y propuestas para garantizar la eficiencia y calidad de los trabajos realizados.
Responsabilidades Principales
Realizar reparaciones y mantenimiento general en oficina de 2000m2 y varias propiedades corporativas como apartamentos de empresa.
Gestionar proyectos de renovación en oficina, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad del trabajo.
Buscar presupuestos y propuestas de diferentes proveedores y contratistas para llevar a cabo reparaciones y proyectos.
Colaborar en la planificación de presupuestos de mantenimiento y proyectos, optimizando los costes.
Supervisar el trabajo de contratistas externos y garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones acordadas.
Identificar necesidades de mantenimiento en oficinas y propiedades corporativas a través de inspecciones regulares.
Llevar un registro organizado de herramientas, materiales y documentación relacionada con proyectos.
Adaptarse a horarios variables para cubrir necesidades específicas del equipo (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM durante coberturas).
Requisitos
4 años de experiencia previa en mantenimiento general, proyectos de renovación, construcción o puestos similares.
Conocimientos de fontanería, electricidad y reparaciones generales.
Capacidad para buscar y comparar diferentes propuestas de proveedores y contratistas.
Permiso de conducir válido y acceso a un coche propio (indispensable para desplazarse entre ubicaciones).
Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
Flexibilidad para ajustarse a cambios en el horario según las necesidades del equipo.
Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas y manejar herramientas de mantenimiento.

About the Role
RavenPack is seeking an experienced Cloud Database Administrator, to help us manage knowledge extracted from hundreds of thousands of documents each day, all in real-time, supporting the quality of our bigdata.com product. You will load large datasets, design and maintain schemas, and help to optimize queries to help maintain our 99.99% uptime across a multi-terabyte system.
As a Cloud DBA, you will be reporting directly to the Database Manager and will work with an international team of developers skilled in SQL, Python, Java, Common Lisp and Cloud technologies to ensure that all goals are accomplished in a cost-effective manner. The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement. European Union legal working status is required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud DBA, you will be managing vast amounts of data. Your main responsibility will be applying the best practices to ensure that the organization’s databases are operational, reliable, easily accessible, scalable and secure.
You will research, design and implement different technologies and processes to achieve that purpose. You will make the data consistent by creating data backups. You will also be troubleshooting the issues that might appear.
Evaluating new databases technologies: Ravenpack is constantly looking for new technologies that allow us to offer a better service. Learning new database technologies and working to integrate them into our system will be one of your responsibilities.
Analyzing the challenge of loading and maintaining large datasets: from choosing the best technology and database, designing the perfect schema to work with the application level to maintain the sanity of the data.
Administrating, configuring and analyzing queries for improvements with Oracle.
Creating and managing data backups.
On-call rotation shifts will be one of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
+2 years of experience working as a Linux DBA with large amounts of data in the cloud or equivalent experience.
Excellent skills as a DBA, including ETL (extract, transform and load), backup and restore.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform will be strongly considered
You must know when to apply relational OLTP (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.), OLAP (RedShift, Presto, Snowflake) or non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB) database technologies.
Desirable
Oracle experience administrating, configuring and analyzing queries for improvements.
Scripting skills in Bash, Python or similar will also be recognized for this position.
Professional experience as Linux Sys Admin.
Demonstrable knowledge of network design and troubleshooting.
Technologies such as ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and reviewing accounting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. General accounting functions including journal entries for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
Experience in treasury operations, including payment processing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist with tax filings and reporting.
Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Design, maintenance, and communication of the accounting policies to be adopted across the Group following IFRS
Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Knowledge of ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Advanced knowledge of International accounting practices.
