Skills and Qualifications:
UX/UI Design Proficiency: Expertise in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-oriented websites. Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
Growth Hacking & Data Analytics: Strong understanding of growth tactics, including funnel analysis, customer behavior analysis, and running A/B tests. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel is a plus.
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Mindset: Deep understanding of the PLG model and how to optimize product experiences to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
