Què busquem?

Estem cercant un/a comercial dedicat/da a la captació d'obres per a una constructora. El principal objectiu del lloc de treball serà trobar noves oportunitats de negoci i projectes de construcció per a l'empresa. Aquest perfil comercial és clau per al creixement de la constructora, ja que assegura un flux constant de projectes i noves oportunitats de negoci. La seva capacitat de crear xarxes de contactes i detectar oportunitats és fonamental per mantenir l'empresa competitiva en el sector. Les seves tasques estan centrades en la prospecció de mercat, la creació de relacions amb clients i la negociació de contractes.

Tasques:

  1. Prospecció de mercat i captació d'oportunitats:

    - Realitzar investigacions de mercat per identificar possibles projectes de construcció o rehabilitació (edificis, infraestructures, habitatges, etc.).
    -Analitzar tendències del sector immobiliari i de la construcció per detectar
    oportunitats potencials.
    -Visitar zones de desenvolupament urbanístic per identificar obres en fase de
    planificació o licitació.

  2. Captació de clients i desenvolupament de relacions:

    -Establir i mantenir contactes amb promotors, arquitectes, enginyers, i altres
    professionals relacionats amb el sector de la construcció.
    -Cultivar relacions comercials amb administracions públiques, empreses privades, i
    altres entitats que puguin necessitar serveis de construcció.
    -Assistir a esdeveniments, fires i congressos del sector per ampliar la xarxa de contactes i generar nous clients.

  3. Seguiment de licitacions i concursos públics:

    -Estar al corrent de les convocatòries de licitacions públiques i privades per a la
    construcció d'obres.
    -Gestionar la presentació d'ofertes i documentació necessària per participar en
    concursos.
    -Negociar les condicions dels contractes en cas de ser seleccionats, garantint els millors termes per a l'empresa.

  4. Presentació de l'empresa i venda de serveis:

    -Preparar propostes comercials atractives i personalitzades per a cada client o projecte.
    -Realitzar presentacions de l'empresa, destacant les capacitats tècniques, experiència, i casos d'èxit.
    -Explicar els beneficis competitius de la constructora, com la qualitat, terminis, preus competitius o la capacitat d'assumir projectes complexos.

  5. Negociació de contractes i acords:

    -Negociar les condicions econòmiques i tècniques dels projectes amb els clients, assegurant un marge adequat per a l'empresa.
    -Acordar terminis d'execució, condicions de pagament, i altres termes contractuals rellevants.

  6. Coordinació amb equips tècnics:

    -Treballar estretament amb l'equip tècnic de la constructora (arquitectes, aparelladors, caps d'obra) per assegurar que les propostes comercials siguin viables tècnicament.
    -Transmetre als equips tècnics les necessitats i expectatives dels clients per garantir que l'obra compleixi amb els requeriments.

  7. Seguiment de clients i fidelització:

    -Mantenir el contacte amb clients després de la signatura del contracte per assegurar-ne la satisfacció i anticipar futures necessitats.
    -Proporcionar suport addicional en cas de modificacions o imprevistos durant l'execució de l'obra.
    -Promoure projectes futurs o extensions de contractes amb clients satisfets.

  8. Informe i anàlisi de resultats:

    -Realitzar informes periòdics sobre l'activitat comercial, incloent el nombre d'obres captades, volum de negoci generat, i perspectives de mercat.
    -Avaluar l'eficàcia de les estratègies comercials utilitzades i proposar millores per augmentar la captació de nous projectes.

RavenPack is looking for a Linguistic Analyst to help us interpret complex language patterns, enhance our AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) capabilities, and contribute to the creation of more accurate and meaningful data models.

As a Linguistics Analyst, you will bridge the gap between human language and machine learning. You'll work closely with other members of the Linguistics team, developers, internal tools team and other stakeholders to analyze text data, build linguistic models and patterns, and ensure the language components of our analytics platform are robust and reliable. Your work will enhance sentiment analysis, text classification, and automated language processing systems, helping our clients gain deeper insights from their data.

This position is for our Marbella office, Spain. You will report directly to a senior member of the Linguistics team and training will be provided.


What you Need to Succeed

  • High level of English language

  • Experience working with large textual datasets and conducting language data analysis

Quina serà la teva missió a l’empresa?
