What we are looking for:

The Director of Sales (DOS) is in charge of oversee and manage sales, G&E and reservation to ensure maximum revenue. The DOS should work closely with the Global Team (Sales & Revenue), to develop strategies to maximise REVPAR and grow market share.

The job of Director of Sales is executed satisfactorily when:

FUNCIONS:

Gestió Financera i Comptabilitat: Supervisar les activitats comptables per assegurar la precisió i el compliment amb les normatives aplicables. Això inclou la preparació d'estats financers, gestió de comptes de cobraments i pagaments i administració de la tresoreria.

Gestió de Riscos: Identificar i avaluar els riscos financers que enfronta l'organització, proposant i implementant mesures per mitigar-los.

Lideratge: Supervisar i desenvolupar l'equip de comptabilitat i finances sota la direcció de CFO, promovent un ambient de treball en equip.

Descripció del servei:

Funcions generals:

Requisits:
